Not enough hues, it looks too flat. Also the highlights on the hair on the right side are placed incorrectly, imo. Also there appears to be a large object lodged in the breast of her kimono. A stray brushstroke runs across the bottom, looks sloppy. Try working on anatomy and clothing studies before you attempt a full painting.
